Emmett Hines

Just found out Emmett Hines has passed (thanks for the info, DJA).

Emmett helped me with my first coaching gig, at HISD's Jackson MS.  I'd found an old plywood pace clock at the school and he found us a new motor for it.  That winter, he loaned us some lane ropes from the old UH outdoor pool.

So sorry to hear of his passing.

Went without posting for almost a month.  Gotta admit, it was nice.

Today, I'll ease back into the bloggin' - but only when I'm not busy with other projects (switch switchin', gun cleanin', vent fixin', etc.) that need tendin' to.
