Quote of the Day

You have to figure out ways to do things on your
own.  I do my own thing, and I don't pay much
attention to what anyone else is doing.

The only way to know how much is enough,

Paying it Forward

Remember the days of the "anonymous donor"?

I guess they're still around, but...

In this day of "selfies" and the "look what I'm about to eat" social media posts, I'm starting to see more and more folks patting themselves on the back for "paying it forward".

Yup, we see people shooting selfies and video of themselves in the middle of their acts of kindness.

Isn't that just a little self-serving?

How about just DOING IT and then SHUTTING UP ABOUT IT!

Guess we're going from the

Everyone Needs A Trophy Generation

to the

Everyone Needs An Affirmation Generation
