we are new to texas - trying to understand if it's optional that district meet results get reported for the general public. Are they a secret? also,it seems in Texas in football, everything is public. Why are certain regions able to not report their psyche sheets and not report their district results?

there's no reason to withhold results now. reasoning earlier was that some districts within the same region had different entry deadlines and meet dates.
back when all districts had the same entry deadlines and swam the meets on the same weekends, there wasn't as much concern about anyone gaining an advantage.
