Cielo's Near-Miss

Brazil's Cesar Cielo just missed the bonus cut for 2010 long course U.S. nationals. His 50 m free time of :20.91 was just off the standard (:20.89) listed here.

While disappointed about missing the cut, Cielo did perk up when reminded he'd broken Fred Bousquet's world record...
