In case you missed it, this was the first Swim Site of the Week. It was posted back in July here. It's one of my favorites, so I'm going to be lazy while on my vacation and re-post it.

This year, Dan Flannery's girls placed 3rd at the Iowa state meet and the boys are about a month into their season.
